Epic Certified PB Analyst (Epic PB Certification)

Job Summary (List Format): Epic Certified PB Analyst 6+-month initial contract with possible travel across the West Coast (remote with on-site go-live support as needed) Key Responsibilities Support a fast-paced Epic environment with a focus on Resolute Professional Billing (PB) and PB Claims Perform hands-on Epic PB build and configuration tasks Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success Required Qualifications Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims certification/proficiency (both preferred) Minimum 5 years experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims analyst At least 3 years of hands-on Epic PB build experience Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting Preferred Qualifications Experience with FQHC/community health environments Prior work supporting large or complex Epic environments Epic implementation, go-live, or installation experience
