Epic PB Analyst

Requirements

• Epic PB Certified Required
• Hands-on experience with Epic Professional Billing (PB)
• Strong understanding of professional billing and revenue cycle workflows
• Experience with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Epic PB application functionality.
• Support professional billing workflows and resolve application issues.
• Perform system testing and provide production support.
• Work with business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality.
• Troubleshoot billing-related issues and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain application documentation and support materials.
