About the role
Work as a 2-in-a-box partner with the client counterpart to direct and lead the team. Oversee day-to-day operations of the client application support team while directing the offshore Epic support team. Serve as the leadership and escalation point for the offshore Epic support team.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Epic application support as a Certified Analyst.
- Epic certification in one or more of the following modules: Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, Referral, Welcome.
- In-depth Epic support knowledge.
- High school diploma or GED.
