About the role
Work as a 2-in-a-box partner with the client counterpart to direct and lead the team. Oversee day-to-day operations of the client application support team while directing the offshore Epic support team. Serve as the leadership and escalation point for the offshore Epic support team. Requires in-depth Epic support knowledge.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Epic application support as a Certified Analyst
- Epic certification in one or more of the following modules: Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, Referral, Welcome
- High school diploma or GED

Pay
Compensation varies by location. Hourly salary ranges for this role are as follows:
