Epic Cadence - Senior Business Systems Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Epic Cadence - Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will focus on improving healthcare operations through technology, with an emphasis on capacity management and system support. The analyst will partner with leadership and stakeholders to analyze trends, develop forecasts, and recommend actions that strengthen operational effectiveness. The position also supports design and implementation work for scheduling workflows and provider templates, while helping resolve issues across project phases and guiding other analysts as needed. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $107,431 – $161,147 annually Responsibilities Optimize performance through technology to achieve capacity management goals Analyze trends and patterns to develop forecasts and recommendations Assist in the design and implementation of decision trees and provider templates Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve project issues across all phases Provide reports and assessments to support capacity management leadership Lead project tasks and mentor other project analysts as needed Support capacity management systems to ensure operational effectiveness Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum five years in Information Services or healthcare analysis, including at least three years in healthcare-specific work Strong project management skills with proven experience in methodologies and tools Experience leading committees and managing projects effectively Proficiency in technical principles related to the role Knowledge of clinical, hospital, and/or financial applications or systems Benefits Generous medical, dental, and vision plans 403(b) retirement plan and life insurance coverage Paid time off for work-life balance Tuition reimbursement for continuing education opportunities Additional comprehensive benefits available through the employer's career webpage Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
