Epic Bridges Analyst

Position Overview

• Participate in interface and API implementation efforts across multiple initiatives.
• Provide production support, issue investigation, and maintenance activities for existing integrations with Epic.
• Collaborate with application, technical, and operational teams to deliver integration solutions.
• Support testing, workflow analysis, and coordination of integration activities.
• Assist in managing backlog items and maintaining service responsiveness.
• Remote work environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience supporting healthcare interfaces (HL7), APIs, or enterprise system integration engines (e.g., Cloverleaf, ESB).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and operational support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Epic Bridges certification and FHIR Badge (required).
• Any additional Epic certifications are a plus.

Pay

$95 – $102 per hour
