Epic Beaker Consultant

Work You'll Do/Responsibilities

• Support the overall project goals and objectives within an engagement team.
• Interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Perform independent tasks and provide technical guidance to team members as needed.
• Epic support role for the Beaker application, including on-call support on a weekly rotating basis.
• Complete Epic support tasks such as incident support, service requests, optimizations, projects, SU and Upgrades, and maintenance work.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams, escalating issues as necessary.

Qualifications

• Current Epic Beaker Certification in AP or CP.
• Experience in Epic implementation or enhancement processes.
• Experience in application design, workflows, build, troubleshooting, testing, and support.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
