Epic ASAP Analyst (Inpatient/ED)

Employment Type & Requirements

1099 or W2. Remote position via Zoom. Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening; marijuana use is a non‑negotiable disqualifier regardless of state legality or medical/recreational status.

100% remote. Must be based in the United States and available for early East Coast meeting times.

Required Skills

• Epic ASAP certification.
• Prior experience supporting Epic implementations, go‑lives, or modernization/refuel initiatives (strongly preferred).
• Comfortable working fully remotely with a distributed project team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills

• Experience helping clients through Epic Modernization (key differentiator).

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Provide analyst‑level support for Epic ASAP, including build, testing, and validation.
• Support ongoing “keep the lights on” (KTLO) operations and new build initiatives tied to the Epic Refuel/Modernization project, based on client priority.
• Partner with the client’s IT team, project leadership, and application owners to ensure timely execution of assigned work.
• Maintain accurate status reporting and task tracking within the client’s project management systems as required.
