Epic ASAP Analyst
About the Role
As an experienced Epic ASAP Analyst, you will lead the implementation and ongoing support of Epic ASAP for a new urgent care facility in Everett, Washington. This role allows you to share new ideas and collaborate on projects in a consultant capacity without extensive travel demands. The Project Delivery Talent Model focuses on delivering services to clients with a benefits package tailored for project delivery professionals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and ongoing support of Epic ASAP using established tools and workflows.
- Analyze and replicate requirements, workflows, and configuration from an existing urgent care location to ensure a consistent, scalable implementation.
- Partner with clinical, operational, technical, and client stakeholders to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure the implementation meets business and client requirements.
- Build, maintain, test, and troubleshoot ASAP application workflows, including coordinating defect resolution and validating outcomes before go-live.
- Develop and maintain clear technical documentation covering application build, workflows, testing results, support procedures, and implementation decisions.
- Provide effective end-user and operational support while communicating clearly across teams and applying knowledge of urgent care or related clinical workflows.

Qualifications
- Required Epic ASAP certification.
- 4+ years of recent experience in ASAP application build and maintenance.
- Implementation, build, and configuration experience in an Epic production build environment.
- Experience replicating requirements from an existing urgent care location to a new facility.
- Experience in application workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology, business, or a healthcare-related field; or equivalent experience.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, including overnight travel, and support Pacific time zone hours.
Preferred Skills
- Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Work experience or direct knowledge of the clinical or business area to be supported.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation.
Pay
The wage range for this role is $91,100 to $179,500, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. Compensation decisions depend on individual and organizational performance. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
