What You'll Help With

The Application Analyst III, Epic transforms healthcare through system analysis, design, support, and training. They conduct intermediate to advanced analysis of Epic application design and system workflows, manage projects, gather requirements, and translate business needs into system solutions. They also support integrated third-party applications, serve as a liaison, and assist with implementation and system enhancements.

Requirements

  • Education: Associate's degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, business or 2 years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of related experience
  • Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations: Minimum of 3 vendor and/or industry certifications/proficiencies in Epic, and must maintain a certification/proficiency in applicable Epic module(s)
  • Qualifications: Self-initiated team player, strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, ability to work independently and in a team setting, positive and collaborative work environment, flexibility, multiple task prioritization, effective communication, dependability, accountability, adherence to documentation and departmental processes, appropriate escalation, awareness of clinical and compliance impacts, adaptability, continuous learning, respect for confidential information, matrixed environment understanding, and bimodal work principles

Other Qualifications

  • Primary work schedule: Monday–Friday during standard business hours; role requires flexibility beyond standard hours, including participation in an after-hours on-call rotation and occasional travel

Pay and Benefits

$89,232.00 - $142,771.20 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan. For more information, contact the HR Service Center at 1-800-599-2537.
