Key Responsibilities
- Provides intermediate system-level support of multi-user clinical and financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools, including installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and support of these systems.
- Requires intermediate knowledge of systems analysis.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management concepts and methodology.
- Able to lead and participate in project planning sessions.
- Able to manage projects with varying levels of complexity.

Education/Certifications
- Bachelor’s Information Technology or equivalent degree, preferred.
- Healthy Planet certifications is required.
Travel Requirements
Up to 25% (implementation milestones, etc.).
Physical Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally in carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects. Sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally.
