Epic Ambulatory Project Manager (Enterprise Modernization)

Project Details / Open Reason Support the Ambulatory team's enterprise-wide Epic Modernization project as part of a large-scale Epic Refuel / Modernization effort. Required Skills Strong, proven project management fundamentals, particularly experience running large, multi-workstream initiatives with many moving parts and stakeholders.General understanding of Epic build concepts and terminology, enough to credibly estimate timelines and communicate with technical teams, even without hands-on certification.Prior experience with an Epic modernization, refuel, or comparable large enterprise initiative strongly preferred.Comfortable managing heavy administrative coordination, tracking updates across many systems and locations to ensure enterprise-wide consistency.Comfortable working in a fully remote capacity with a distributed project team. Desired Skills Epic Ambulatory certification is a bonus, not required.Background as an Epic analyst who transitioned into project management, giving depth on workflow and build intricacies alongside PM skills.Experience standing up or refining a status reporting process across merging teams or departments. Day To Day Responsibilities Own overall project management for the Ambulatory enterprise Epic Modernization effort, coordinating across specialty workstreams and their leads. Run and maintain meeting cadences, minutes, and up to date project documentation across each specialty area.Track cross-enterprise administrative tasks (updates across numerous systems and locations) to ensure consistency.Help manage related side initiatives, such as After Visit Summary standardization and Spanish MyChart rollout, as capacity allows.Maintain status reporting (format and cadence per client preference) and provide roll-up updates to leadership.Provide overview-level updates in Orion without necessarily handling detailed documentation.Partner with the Ambulatory managers to remove roadblocks and keep specialty teams on track.
