Modernization Project Manager

About the role

As our Construction Project Manager in the Marietta, GA area, you will manage commercial elevator construction projects supporting our Modernization business. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure safety compliance on worksites, and utilize tools like Microsoft Project or SAP to maintain project timelines. Your role includes managing project resources, procurement responsibilities, and ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the agreed-upon project schedule.
• Monitor the status of project resources, including material and labor.
• Handle procurement responsibilities, such as managing subcontracts and vendors.
• Ensure quality is addressed through metrics and acting on punch-list items.
• Identify risks and opportunities through contracts and on-site observations.
• Manage cash flow, budget, and forecasting with sound financial acumen.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• Passion for safety, quality, and innovation.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and financial management skills.

Pay

The hiring range for this role is $105,100.00 – $137,970.00. The compensation package will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, certifications, and location. This role is also eligible for KONE’s Annual Bonus plan at a 15% Target Incentive based on company and individual goals.
