About the role

At ESGC, we are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead our Services Project Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience in workforce solutions, and expertise in inspection projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans that align with client goals and objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of workforce solutions and inspection projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans.
• Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Ensure effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to maintain project visibility and alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects, including workforce solutions and inspection projects.
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in project management methodologies.
