Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify future EPC opportunities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of EPC partners for safety, compliance, and execution readiness
- Develop and negotiate EPC channels and consortium agreements to mitigate risks
- Support bid processes from opportunity presentation to submission, ensuring competitive bids
- Maintain and assess EPC-related data for visibility on partnership strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university
- 5+ years of experience in project, program, or operational management in the Heavy Duty Power Industry
- Proven experience in heavy duty combined cycle plants preferred
- Deep understanding of EPC priorities in Heavy Duty New Units Combined Cycle sector
- Experience negotiating complex Consortium Partnerships
- Strong financial acumen and experience with should-cost modeling
- Willingness to travel up to 30% regionally (NAM/LATAM)
