EP Lab - Clinical Nurse

About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Collaboration with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans is essential, alongside assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and cultural factors.

Responsibilities

• Promote healing environment through patient and family education.
• Participate in safety, quality, and compliance activities, and ongoing professional development.
• Develop and document personalized care plans with measurable goals, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
• Assess patient needs holistically, addressing emotional, spiritual, and cultural considerations.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Licenses: Active RN license.
• Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Preferred skills: critical thinking, strong communication, teamwork.
