Job Summary

You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will assess patients, perform skilled procedures, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, comprehensive care to pacemaker and ICD patients, following protocols for follow-up, patient retrieval, weight and blood pressure checks, lead hookup, and device interrogation.
• Assess patients for signs and symptoms related to device function and perform reprogramming as necessary.
• Forward all documentation to physicians for review.
• Execute any orders received and call loop recorder patients for manual transmissions.
• Maintain and execute equipment maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Two or more years’ experience in a cardiology setting with cardiac rhythm recognition.
• Registered Nurse certification.
• Basic Life Support - CPR certification.
