Supervise and Coordinate
- Supervise and coordinate nursing care for residents
- Aid the Director of Nursing and Unit Manager with staffing and hiring
Lead and Support
- Provide clinical leadership
- Ensure compliance with care standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans
Monitor and Improve
- Maintain quality measures
- Participate in improvement initiatives
Education and Training
- Support staff education and training
Requirements:
- License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Georgia
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to work every other weekend on night shifts
