EOW Restorative Aide (CNA)
About the role
The Westbury Center of McDonough for Nursing and Healing is a skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional care to its residents. We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with restorative training to coordinate, implement, and provide restorative nursing care to all our residents.
Responsibilities
- Directing and participating in restorative programs tailored to individual residents.
- Facilitating each resident's transition from skilled rehab services to restorative, progressive, and preventative programs.
- Maintaining restorative nursing progress and documentation records for all participating residents.
- Visiting each resident daily and as needed to ensure the program's productivity.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant with experience and/or knowledge of restorative nursing philosophy and procedures.
- Ability to interact positively with residents, government agencies, and the general public.
