EO - Equipment Operator

You will play an important part of the team by assisting in order picking, let downs, replenishment and supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with products from clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm

Pay

• Starting pay: $22.00 per hour (includes $1.00 shift differential)

Requirements

• 3+ months of forklift experience on stand-up reach and/or cherry picker
• 18 years or older
• Clean driving record
• Physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including:
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Walking and standing for extended periods
  • Climbing ladders/stairs
  • Working at heights in elevated areas
  • Tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold
• Trustworthy and moral character (pre-employment background and drug tests are required)

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized warehouse machinery, including forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, and electric pallet-jacks
• Perform receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting
• Follow NRI safety rules, procedures, security protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Maintain safe, clean, and tidy work and storage areas at all times
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Skills

• Ability to learn a basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
