Environmental Technical Director

Responsibilities

• Manage key client and customer relationships, using account teams to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational information to diagnose underlying client issues and inform the design of multiple solutions.
• Direct environmental risk management implementation, aligning risk activities with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to the organization’s health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and instructions to safeguard the environment and protect well-being.
• Act as a subject matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, or operational management, maintaining external accreditations and staying updated on industry best practices.
• Manage a portfolio of major projects in line with overall project management strategy.
• Gather information and resources to draft and complete proposals for complex bid solicitations, requests for proposals, and tenders, potentially leading a team in this process.
• Develop innovative solutions by integrating and analyzing complex and diverse information sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or another science-related field.
• At least 20 years of experience in environmental consulting.
• Project experience in the Energy sector preferred.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail in a consulting environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings.

Schedule

Our hybrid work model combines in-office collaboration and flexibility. You’ll work in the office three days a week.
