About the role

The Lead Environmental Services Technician will perform environmental service functions such as servicing diverse types of floors, daily cleaning activities, and assist the Environmental Services Coordinator with supervisory functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Environmental Services Coordinator with supervisory functions as needed.

Requirements

• Prior work experience following written and verbal instructions.
• Previous experience with performing manual tasks.
• Experience working with the public; customer service skills.
• Prior environmental services experience.
• Ability to acquire a chauffeur's license within 90 days of employment.
• Valid current driver's license.
• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. regularly.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year in a leadership role working with groups of at least five members.

Skills

• Following written and verbal instructions.
• Performing manual tasks.
• Working with the public; customer service skills.
• Environmental services experience.
• Acquiring a chauffeur's license within 90 days of employment.
