About the role
The Lead Environmental Services Technician will perform environmental service functions including servicing diverse types of floors, daily cleaning activities, and assist the Environmental Services Coordinator with supervisory duties.
Responsibilities
- Servicing diverse types of floors
- Performing daily cleaning activities
- Assisting the Environmental Services Coordinator with supervisory functions as needed
Requirements
- Prior work experience following written and verbal instructions
- Previous experience with performing manual tasks
- Experience working with the public; customer service skills
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Prolonged standing and walking during each shift
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year in a leadership role working with groups of at least five members
- Prior environmental services experience
Skills
- Following written and verbal instructions
- Performing manual tasks
- Working with the public; customer service skills
