Environmental Sustainability & Safety Manager

Role Overview: The Environmental Sustainability & Safety Manager is responsible for leading environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and safety culture across park operations. Key Responsibilities: Establish and oversee environmental programs, including ISO 14001 certification, waste management, hazardous materials, water and energy conservation, and zero-waste efforts.Develop and maintain environmental documentation, reports, and certifications; support LEED projects; and ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local agencies.Lead safety initiatives, ensure OSHA compliance, manage safety training, conduct audits, and support emergency preparedness and fire prevention activities.Collaborate with teams on safety, environmental strategies, and conduct inspections, investigations, and reporting.Maintain certifications, manage relationships with regulatory bodies, and support environmental and safety training programs. Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of environmental experience, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, CFR regulations.Leadership skills, strong communication, attention to detail, and project management abilities.Experience with ISO systems, hazardous waste, and environmental regulations preferred.Valid driver’s license, bilingual skills (English essential, Spanish a plus), and relevant certifications (e.g., HAZWOPER, ServSafe).
