Environmental Stormwater Project Manager
The Role
The Environmental Stormwater Project Manager will serve as a key member of the WSP team, managing municipal stormwater and flood resiliency projects. Key responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary project teams, facilitating client meetings, and overseeing project scoping, budgeting, and execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Planning, Civil Engineering, Environmental Policy, Environmental Science, or related field
- 7-10 years of related knowledge and direct involvement in urban hydrology and water quality principles, municipal stormwater quality management, MS4 permits, TMDLs, stormwater-related municipal operations, and watershed planning/management
- At least 3 years of experience and direct involvement in project management and the management and coordination of project teams and subcontractors
- Experience with technical writing of stormwater reports, plans, manuals, and SOPs
- Experience with Virginia’s Stormwater Local Assistance Fund (SLAF) and Community Flood Preparedness Fund (CFPF)
- Experience with the use of ESRI GIS software for data management, spatial analysis, and decision-making
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with grant applications and management of grant-funded projects

Pay
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Flexible schedule with some travel required primarily in northern Virginia (approximately 5% of time).
