Environmental Project Manager
for each section we include.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to remove the Equal Opportunity Employer paragraph and the Pay Transparency paragraph? Actually Pay Transparency is not boilerplate but it's about pay; we decided to omit Pay section because no numbers. However the Pay Transparency paragraph is still substantive? It says they indicate range but not given. Might be considered boilerplate? It's about pay transparency. Since we are not including Pay section, we could still include that paragraph as prose under About the role? But it's about pay transparency; maybe we can keep it as a
under About the role or maybe under Benefits? But it's not a benefit. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Pay Transparency is not EEO; it's about pay. It's not explicitly listed to remove. However we are not creating a Pay section because we lack actual range. But we could still include the Pay Transparency statement as a paragraph under About the role or maybe under a separate "Pay" heading? But we shouldn't create a Pay heading if no actual range. The instruction says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It doesn't forbid mentioning pay details in other sections. So we could include the Pay Transparency statement as a paragraph under About the role or maybe under a separate "Compensation" but that would be a heading. Safer to include it as a paragraph under About the role (or maybe under a "Compensation" note). But we need to preserve all substantive information; we should not drop it unless it's boilerplate. It's not boilerplate; it's about pay transparency. So we should keep it.
Similarly, the Equal Opportunity Employer paragraph is boilerplate to remove.
Also "Learn more about Fehr Graham’s people, culture and projects on our website." That's maybe promotional but not boilerplate; could be kept? It's not navigation/legal/EEO. It's a call to action but not application instructions. Might be okay to keep. However it's somewhat generic; but we can keep.
Now we need to structure.
