Environmental Specialist/Engineer-Waste
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. First, we need to extract sections: - About the role: The posting includes an introductory paragraph: "An exciting career awaits you At MPC, we’re committed to being a great place to work – one that welcomes new ideas, encourages diverse perspectives, develops our people, and fosters a collaborative team environment." Also "POSITION SUMMARY: ..." So we can combine into an About the role section. - Responsibilities: The "KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:" bullet list (though not bullet but colon separated). We need to extract each responsibility as list items. - Requirements: The "EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:" section includes required education/experience and also some abilities. Also "PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:" maybe part of Qualifications or Skills. We'll treat Requirements as mandatory education/experience and maybe also some abilities. - Qualifications: Could be the preferred experience? Or we could treat "PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:" as Qualifications. - Skills: Could be abilities like "Detailed knowledge on current and proposed environmental rules and regulations..." etc. Those are more like knowledge/skills. - Benefits: The posting mentions "Marathon Petroleum offers a total rewards program which includes, but is not limited to, access to health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, 401k matching program, paid parental leave, and educational reimbursement. Detailed benefit information is available at mympcbenefits.com. The hired candidate will also be eligible for a discretionary company-sponsored annual bonus program." So we have benefits content. - Pay: "Pay Min/Max: $122,900.00 - $212,000.00 Salary Grade: 12 - 13". So we have pay. - Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned. There's "Travel Expected: Up to 50%" but that's not schedule. No mention of work schedule (full-time). There's "Employee Group: Full time Employee Subgroup: Regular". That could be schedule? It's full-time. But we need to include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It does state "Full time". So we could include Schedule with that info. However the instruction says: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might combine schedule into something else? But schedule is a separate heading allowed. Since we have explicit "Full time", we can include Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; fold minor metadata into short
or drop it. So we can include location etc in a short paragraph maybe under About the role or separate? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include location and maybe job ID in a short paragraph. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal. Also remove duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

We might also include location and job ID in a short paragraph maybe under About the role or separate? The instruction says fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. Could add a

maybe after About the role. But we need to ensure we don't create extra sections unnecessarily. Adding a short paragraph is fine. Let's incorporate location and job ID after About the role. Thus final HTML:About the role
An exciting career awaits you at MPC, we’re committed to being a great place to work – one that welcomes new ideas, encourages diverse perspectives, develops our people, and fosters a collaborative team environment. Then the rest sections. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not repeated. Check for boilerplate removed: EEO etc removed. Check for any content we missed: Travel Expected: Up to 50% - we didn't include that. It's substantive; maybe we should include under Schedule or a separate section like Travel. But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Travel could be part of Schedule? Not exactly. Could be part of Responsibilities? Not really. Could be part of About the role? Might be considered metadata. The instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Travel is specific content. But we don't have a Travel heading allowed. Could we fold it into Schedule? Not ideal but maybe we can add a short paragraph under About the role or Responsibilities? The instruction says "fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it." Travel Expected: Up to 50% could be considered minor metadata? It's not minor maybe but still could be placed in a short paragraph. Let's add a short paragraph under About the role after location: "Travel Expected: Up to 50%". Or we could add a separate short paragraph. We'll add:
Location: San Antonio, Texas. Job Requisition ID: 00024284. Travel Expected: Up to 50%.
Now check if any other content: "As an energy industry leader, our career opportunities fuel personal and professional growth." That's fluff but maybe part of About the role. Could include. We already have About the role paragraph; we could add that sentence. Let's incorporate: after the POSITION SUMMARY paragraph, add that sentence. Thus final About the role paragraph includes that. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Marathon Petroleum Company LP is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. We removed. Check for any leftover: "If you would like more information about your EEO rights as an applicant, click here." removed. Now ensure we didn't invent or summarize away detail. We preserved all substantive info: responsibilities list, education/experience, preferred experience, knowledge/abilities, benefits, pay, schedule (full time), travel, location, job ID. We also included skills section summarizing knowledge; but we might be duplicating content from Requirements. However the instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We have many sections; maybe we could combine
