Environmental Specialist

Provide independent technical and regulatory support for environmental compliance programs at a nuclear facility. Key Responsibilities Own and manage assigned environmental compliance programs.Coordinate with internal teams and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.Support development, review, and maintenance of permits and approvals.Develop and deliver environmental training to strengthen compliance practices.Contribute to industry and regulatory initiatives to support continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Strong technical knowledge of environmental compliance requirements.Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements effectively.Independent problem-solving and program ownership.Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal stakeholders and regulators.Experience supporting regulatory submissions and maintaining compliance documentation.Capability to develop training materials and improve staff understanding.
