Environmental Specialist

Applied Technical Services is seeking an Environmental Specialist who will perform basic environmental consultant technical tasks ranging from inspecting, environmental air monitoring, documenting field data and daily onsite activities, as well as organizing inspection results and data under the direct supervision of the Environmental Operations Manager. Responsibilities Conduct asbestos, lead paint, mold, and indoor air quality (IAQ) inspections.Perform air monitoring and work practice observations during asbestos, lead, and mold abatement activities.Supervise abatement projects and ensure proper compliance with work practices and safety standards.Write reports detailing survey findings, air monitoring results, and abatement activities.Prepare proposals for inspections and air quality assessments.Perform mold and indoor air quality surveys.Other duties as assigned.
