Environmental Services Technician (EVS) / PRN

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment in assigned areas.
• Perform light manual work, including routine housekeeping tasks.
• Clean assigned areas using special cleaning solutions and disinfectants.
• Dust window sills, blinds, floors, and furniture.
• Empty ashtrays and trash buckets.
• Arrange furniture and equipment in an orderly fashion.
• Make beds with clean linen in prescribed manner.
• Scrub and polish sinks, tubs, mirrors, and similar equipment.
• Replenish supplies of soap, towels, and other dispensable items.

Requirements

• Previous Housekeeping experience required.
• High School degree or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospital EVS experience preferred.
