Environmental Services Tech

About the role

This position requires every 4th weekend and every 4th holiday.

Responsibilities

• Complete cleaning of the interior of the hospital.
• Routine cleaning of patient rooms, nursing units, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
• Clean, neat, and sanitary manner.
• Utilizes the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
• Maintains equipment properly.
• Transports trash and hazardous waste to appropriate disposal area.
• Reports safety hazards as appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Dependable and a team player.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to withstand long periods of standing and walking.
