Environmental Services Team Leader | Full-Time | 9:00PM - 5:30AM

About the Role

The Environmental Services Team Leader (ESTL) leads a team of Environmental Services Workers on an assigned shift. Responsibilities include training, scheduling, assigning work, contributing to performance management, and distributing supplies and equipment. The ESTL also performs duties as an Environmental Services Worker when needed.

Schedule

Full-time, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand both oral and written instructions.
• One year of previous hospital-based Environmental Service Worker experience with demonstrated leadership skills or two years of Environmental Services experience in the hospitality industry with demonstrated leadership skills.
