Environmental Services Supervisor | Full-Time | 7:00AM - 3:30PM

About the Role

The Environmental Services Supervisor oversees task assignments and completions by EVS employees in the day-to-day operations of clinical and non-clinical spaces. This position involves administrative communication, staff coordination, training and coaching, assignment inspections, and actively promoting service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign tasks to EVS employees
• Oversee day-to-day operations in clinical and non-clinical spaces
• Handle administrative communication and staff coordination
• Provide training and coaching to team members
• Conduct assignment inspections
• Promote service excellence
• Operate a vehicle as a non-frequent driver

Requirements

• Associate degree or an equivalent 1-3 years of combined education and experience (high school diploma/GED + supervisory experience)
• Experience in hospital or hotel housekeeping operations preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of applicable codes and regulatory requirements preferred
• General knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
