The Environmental Services Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the cleaning staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This includes managing schedules, training new employees, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning staff and ensure all tasks are completed on time and to standard.
• Manage schedules and train new employees as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas of the facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay
