Environmental Services Staff

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas, including restrooms, offices, public spaces, event areas, and back-of-house facilities
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces
• Set up and break down facilities for events, including arranging furniture, equipment, and other event-related materials as needed
• Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance, safety, or repair concerns to the appropriate personnel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous custodial, housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services experience preferred but not required
• Experience working in large public venues, hospitality, healthcare, or commercial facilities is a plus

Skills And Abilities

• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safe chemical handling practices
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
