Responsibilities
- Deliver daily parts-washer service, hazardous and non-hazardous containerized-waste services, and potentially upsell products/services on a dedicated service route
- Ensure health and safety is the number-one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
- Visit 10–12 customer sites per day
- Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solution
- Service parts-washer machines and clean out sediment from sinks
- Pick up 5-gallon pails, drums, and IBC totes of containerized waste from customer sites
- Upsell at customer locations and generate new leads in the field
- Service automotive repair, fleets, and manufacturing-type businesses
- Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pick-ups in a timely manner
- Follow all local, state, and federal compliance regulations and rules
- Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state, and federal requirements
- Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Experience with RCRA, DOT, USEPA, OSHA preferred
- Strong customer-service skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft suite)
- Prior route-management experience preferred
Skills
- Experience with OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations preferred

Physical and Mental Demands

Environmental Demands: extreme cold or heat, noise, vibration, exposure to dust/gas/fumes/steam/chemicals, work outdoors, work at heights, working around moving machinery, walking on uneven ground, PPE required.
Pay
The anticipated hiring range for this role is $25–$34 per hour. This range is based on experience and qualifications, education and certifications, market and industry benchmarks, and internal equity.
