Environmental Services Manager

Role: Housekeeping Manager responsible for overseeing all cleaning operations within a senior living community to ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and develop housekeeping staff, ensuring operational excellence and high service standards.Conduct training on cleaning procedures, infection prevention, PPE use, and safety protocols.Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow to meet operational needs.Oversee daily cleaning and disinfection of resident rooms, common areas, and high-touch surfaces.Ensure compliance with infection prevention, safety, OSHA, and regulatory standards.Monitor supplies, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring proper storage and handling.Conduct inspections, quality assurance, and maintain documentation for compliance.Promote a respectful environment, respond to resident concerns, and collaborate to enhance satisfaction.Lead special projects, assist during inspections, and support emergency sanitation efforts. Qualifications Minimum three years of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.At least two years of management experience, preferably in contract services.Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, infection control, and safety standards.Proven leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to follow instructions and utilize Microsoft Office tools.
