About the role
The Environmental Services EVS Supervisor develops and implements facility solutions, leading operations to meet objectives and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Model key leadership behaviors and ensure safety, quality, and service excellence for employees, clients, and consumers.
- Reward and recognize employees; identify and develop top talent within the organization.
- Plan and lead team management meetings.
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
- Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
- Deliver and model WEST as the foundation for excellent customer service.
- Assist with planning and information as the standard selling model (STAR) is applied in client interactions.
- Facilitate and support new business and retention activities.
- Build revenue and manage budget, including cost controls for labor, supply, and inventory.
- Ensure completion and maintenance of P&L statements.
- Deliver client and company financial targets.
- Embrace Aramark processes and systems; eliminate custom/manual reports.
- Understand performance metrics, data, order, and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins.
- Create value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.
- Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet commitments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience and up to 2 years in a management role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.
- May require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
