Environmental Services Supervisor (EVS)

Job Responsibilities

• Model key leadership behaviors and ensure the highest levels of safety, quality and service excellence for employees, clients and consumers.
• Reward and recognize employees.

• Plan and lead team management meetings.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.

• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
• Deliver and model WEST as the foundation for delivering excellent customer service.
• Aids in planning and information as the standard selling model (STAR) is applied with client interactions.
• Facilitates and supports new business and retention activities.
• Builds revenue and manages budget which includes cost controls with regard to labor, supply, and inventory.
• Ensures the completion and maintenance of P&L statements.
• Oversight and responsibility to deliver client and company financial targets.
• Embraces all Aramark processes and systems, eliminates custom/manual reports.
• Understands performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends; educates teams on key levers to improve margins.
• Create value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years? experience and up to 2 years in a management role.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

About the Role

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).

Pay

The pay range for this position is $X per hour - $Y per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is typically Monday through Friday, with some flexibility based on business needs.
