At Baptist Health, our Environmental Services (EVS) team plays an essential role in delivering exceptional patient care. Every clean patient room, sanitized surface, and welcoming environment helps create a safe, healing space for our patients, visitors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct workflow to ensure continuous departmental operations and prevent service gaps.
• Serve as a resource and role model for Environmental Services team members.
• Perform quality inspections and provide hands-on coaching and training.
• Support cleaning and sanitation of patient rooms, offices, waiting areas, meeting rooms, and other hospital spaces.
• Promote a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of Environmental Services experience
• 1 year of restorative floor care experience or 1 year of sterile field experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• 1–2 years of hospitality experience
