Gifford's Environmental Services Department is seeking an experienced and proactive Environmental Services Team Lead to oversee the shift operations of the department.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform cleaning tasks
- Ensure all equipment is used properly
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and infection control
- Handle chemicals safely
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Provide training and guidance to Environmental Services staff on shift
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and hospitality
- Uphold the organization's standards and policies
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in a team lead or supervisory position
- Clinical setting experience preferred
