Environmental Services (EVS) / Housekeeping - On Call

Join our team as an EVS Aide to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for meticulous cleaning and sanitizing of patient rooms and common areas, adhering to strict infection control protocols. Key Responsibilities: Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, restrooms, patient rooms, and public areas according to hospital standardsProperly handle and dispose of biohazardous and regular wasteOperate specialized floor cleaning equipment, such as buffers and vacuumsFollow all safety, Joint Commission/CMS regulations, and infection control protocolsEnsure EVS closets and equipment are clean, organized, and secureSchedule is one or two days per week as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferredOne (1) year housekeeping experience required, preferably in a hospital or medical settingAbility to read, write, and communicate in EnglishStrong attention to detail and physical staminaKnowledge of cleaning and disinfectant product Benefits 401K Retirement Plan
