Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for department’s financial data and statistics
- Making sure the department stays within its budget
- Coordinating housekeeping activities with other departments
- Communicating with administration and other hospital departments
- Planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising departmental activities
- Establishing and implementing policies and procedures for departmental operations
Key Qualifications
- Four year college degree and equivalent experience required
- Two to four years of housekeeping management experience at a large hospital account required
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data
- General business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High customer service and quality attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
- Public speaking skills
