Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 2

About the role

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to support the central southern PA area. Various shifts will be supported while managing a team of 25. This successful manager will support this progressive organization by providing leadership for our EVS team in the delivery of safe, sanitary, and innovative services to our customers and employees in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee frontline teams to deliver exceptional environmental services that prioritize safety, compliance, and efficiency.
• Manage daily operations.
• Guide team development.
• Maintain high standards that create clean, healthy, and welcoming environments.
• Manage people, set direction and deploy resources.
• Responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions.
• Influence and negotiate with parts of the organization to achieve results.
• Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Requirements

• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Management Experience: 2 years.
• Related Experience: 2 years.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or supervising environmental services or custodial teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance within facilities operations.
• Excellent multitasking skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving operational goals.
• Clear, confident communication skills paired with strong attention to detail.
• Technical proficiency with custodial tools, processes, and operational systems to support team effectiveness.

Pay

Pay Range: $70,975 per year – $91,850 per year

Schedule

Various shifts will be supported.
