In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee frontline environmental services teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. You’ll play a key part in scheduling, training, and supporting daily operations, helping create a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Responsibilities

• Manage people, set direction, and deploy resources
• Responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews, and hire/fire decisions
• Achieve results primarily through the work of others, depending on ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization
• Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience

Pay

$56,270 per year - $72,820 per year

Schedule

3rd Shift (11:00pm start time), managing a team of 40 that includes rotating weekends
