About the role

The Environmental Services Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the environmental services department to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for all patients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and implement cleaning protocols
• Manage supplies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• Working knowledge of environmental services
• Prior hospital environmental services supervisory experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Physical ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Skills in gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
