Environmental Service Technician (Full Time) Evenings

About the role

The Advanced Environmental Services Technician is a critical role that ensures a clean, safe, and sterile hospital environment to support patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a hygienic and sterile environment
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Perform manual tasks
• Work with the public; provide customer service
• Push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Prolonged standing and walking during each shift
• Grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior hospital environmental service experience
• Prior work experience following written and verbal instructions
• Previous experience with performing manual tasks
• Previous experience working with the public; customer service

Qualifications

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
