Environmental Service Associate - PRN

About the role

The Environmental Services Associate (housekeeper) provides environmental support to the hospital, focusing on ensuring a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all general cleaning tasks in their assigned area of the hospital
• Promotes sanitary conditions, which prevents the spread of infection and odors
• May be required to perform tasks, which involve exposure to visible blood contamination or reasonably anticipated blood contamination
• Responds rapidly and thoroughly to emergencies, special needs, spills, etc
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalency (preferred)

Qualifications and Work Environment

This is a PRN Non-benefited position, scheduled to work as needed, with a day shift from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, including every other weekend commitment, at Nazareth Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
