About the role
This is a full-time, on-site Environmental Engineer position based in New York, NY.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field environmental assessments and studies
- Perform field CAMP (Continuous Air Monitoring Program)
- Analyze data and prepare technical reports
- Contribute to engineering designs and calculations
- Assist with regulatory compliance reviews
- Support environmental permitting processes
- Participate in fieldwork such as site inspections, sampling, and monitoring activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or closely related science field
- At least 3 years of experience in environmental field work (sampling, remediation oversight, CMAP support)
- 40 Hours Hazwoper certification
- OSHA 30 Hr NYC construction safety card (or ability to obtain before start of work)
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Ability to travel to job sites all over NYC
- Valid driver's license
