About the role

As a Project Manager at GHD, you will mentor and guide a team of Emergency Response/Preparedness and environmental professionals, collaborating closely with clients and agencies to ensure effective response and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide a team of Emergency Response/Preparedness and environmental professionals
• Collaborate with clients and agencies to ensure effective response and resolution
• Take the reins in environmental emergencies
• Extend role beyond project management to include business development and client expansion activities
• Conduct environmental sampling and monitoring
• Spearhead regional visibility initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Proven track record in emergency response
• Experience in client relationship management
• Expertise in environmental engineering, geology, or related fields

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or a related field
• General experience: Over 3 years to 6 years
• Managerial experience: 7 to 12 months
• Experienced in emergency preparedness, air monitoring, environmental assessment/sampling, ICS, SCAT, PHMSA
• Experience with railroad and pipeline related emergencies a plus

Pay

$68,888.00 - $114,813.00, varies based on location and experience.
