About the role
As a Project Manager at GHD, you will mentor and guide a team of Emergency Response/Preparedness and environmental professionals, collaborating closely with clients and agencies to ensure effective response and resolution.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide a team of Emergency Response/Preparedness and environmental professionals
- Collaborate with clients and agencies to ensure effective response and resolution
- Take the reins in environmental emergencies
- Extend role beyond project management to include business development and client expansion activities
- Conduct environmental sampling and monitoring
- Spearhead regional visibility initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Proven track record in emergency response
- Experience in client relationship management
- Expertise in environmental engineering, geology, or related fields
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or a related field
- General experience: Over 3 years to 6 years
- Managerial experience: 7 to 12 months
- Experienced in emergency preparedness, air monitoring, environmental assessment/sampling, ICS, SCAT, PHMSA
- Experience with railroad and pipeline related emergencies a plus

$68,888.00 - $114,813.00, varies based on location and experience.
